Mizuki Shibata from the anime "The Irregular at Magic High School/Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei"

This time I attempted to do my line art with a black copic marker. Getting the finer details does prove rather difficult, as does doing circles lol. 
It does give it a rather nice crispness to it that I like.
